WHO ACTUALLY CLEANS MY HOME?

We send one Cleaning Associate, the same Cleaning Associate, time after time, to clean your house, condominium or apartment. 

When you call Classic Maids to schedule an initial visit we select a highly qualified and trained Cleaning Associate for your home. The first visit serves as an opportunity for us to demonstrate the highest quality of cleaning. It also helps the Associate understand your specific needs and familiarize him or herself with your home. Over time you develop a relationship which makes you feel more comfortable with your Cleaning Associate.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF A CLASSIC MAIDS ASSOCIATE?

Classic Maids concentrates more attention to the recruitment of experienced Cleaning Associates than to any other aspect of our business. Our Company believes that the ideal Cleaning Associate is one who has had many years of cleaning experience and dependable references. The result of this meticulous recruiting is a highly skilled group of professionals who possess a traditional approach to cleaning. 

Despite the qualifications they may possess, all new recruits must undergo a rigorous orientation and training program with Classic Maids; the training modules include classroom as well as practical aspects of cleaning. Only those who successfully complete the training program are added to the Classic Maids team. The standards established during the training program are ongoing and reinforced through supervision and client feedback. 

All Classic Maids employees are bonded and covered by liability insurance. Because they are employees of Classic Maids, the Company is responsible for their Workplace Insurance coverage and payroll deductions.

WHAT CLEANING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE?

Classic Maids uses your cleaning supplies and equipment. The vast majority of our clientele are more comfortable knowing that our associates use the products that they have personally selected. When you employ Classic Maids to clean your home we will, by request, provide you with a list of basic cleaning products and equipment that can purchased locally.

WHAT ARE THE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES PROVIDED BY CLASSIC MAIDS?

You can structure the cleaning visits or if you choose leave the housework to the discretion of the Cleaning Associate. Every time your Cleaning Associate visits, you may stipulate how you would like your time spent. For example, on a particular visit you may want your refrigerator cleaned out or your laundry done. Should you leave these instructions the Cleaning Associate will be pleased to incorporate them into her regular cleaning assignment. Conversely, there are many clients who are simply too busy to provide a priority list for their Cleaning Associate. They expect the Cleaning Associate to complete the assignment with little or no input from them. Our cleaning staff is trained and experienced enough to work without direction.

WHAT IS THE FREQUENCY OF SERVICE?

The frequency of Classic Maids service is left to the discretion of the client. We encourage you to select the frequency that best suits your needs. Many of our clients opt for regular weekly or biweekly service while others choose monthly, bimonthly or occasional service. Whatever the frequency of service, you can expect the same high quality of professional cleaning every time.
